General Ticket Terms and Conditions

General Information:

Personalized pick-up and drop-off services are available to/from centrally located hotels or key city locations.
Airport transfers include services at Domestic and International Arrival/Departure terminals.
Passengers must provide full name, contact information, hotel details, and flight details (if applicable) during the booking process.
A representative holding a banner with the company logo and passenger’s name will facilitate pick-ups.

Terms and Conditions:

Transfers operate according to the passenger’s scheduled time.
Bookings must be made at least 12 hours in advance.
Changes to the schedule require a minimum of 12 hours notice.
No-shows incur the full fare, and the ticket will be invalidated.
Passengers crossing borders are responsible for their own visa fees and additional charges. Drop-off is at exit immigration only.
Baggage size and weight restrictions apply: W51CM x L75CM x H28CM, with a maximum weight of 25KG per passenger.
Passengers must behave appropriately during the ride (e.g., no smoking, no illegal substances).
Traveling with pets will incur extra charges based on specific details of the pet.
Traveling between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM will be subject to an additional surcharge.
